 Let me ask you a simple question?

 

What reason do you think is the cause for over 95% of the people that join Affiliate Marketing, Network Marketing and Affiliate programs to quit?  I believe the biggest reason is they do not get customers or do not know how to get customers.  Fix this single problem and you fix the 95% plus failure rate.
 

When you show an Affiliate or Network Marketer how to get customers their business grows successfully and their downline stays with them.  When you show your Affiliates and Network marketers how to get customers they don't quit. People in both Affiliate Marketing programs and Network Marketers realize they are having success.
 

When you get customers you will find two kinds.
 

One of the kinds of customers you get just want to buy products. They have no interest in building a business by selling products or starting a business.
 

The second kind of customers that you get will try the products and like them so much they know they can sell them to their friends. They realize the potential of making some extra money or even a lot of money. They become a distributor.
 

With both types of customers you succeed. The first who just buys product and you make a commission. On the second, you make a commission on their purchases and then when they advance to a distributor, you make a commission on their products and their customers product as well.
 

If the distributor does not know how to get customers, he will get discouraged and quit, or move on to another company where he thinks he can become successful. His customers will remain as they have no reason to follow. They are only interested in the product. Having the customers you have more security than when you have only distributors.
 

This plan of getting customers is far superior in growing an affiliate program. The customers stay buying product and your business stays healthy and strong.
 

If the distributor can get customers, their business will grow and they will not leave for supposedly greener pastures. They will realize they would leave alone as those under them would not want to follow as a customer or a distributor.
 So to get customers is important. I believe the best way to get customers is to be with a business where you can buy customers. You can buy any amount of customers from 1 to 100 at a time. Your business will grow accordingly.
 

What I do not recommend


I do not recommend using leads. Many businesses recommend and will sell you leads to grow your business. These leads range in cost from a small amount of 50 cents to $5.00 or $10.00 each. They say you get what you pay for. It is my opinion that leads of any cost are a very poor value at any cost and you don't get what you pay for. The only person that comes out ahead is the one who sells the leads. Don't Buy Leads is my advise to any person for any reason.
 

If you are using leads now, you can figure out how much you have spent to get one distributor. You will be amazed. I have been told it usually cost $300.00, but I am inclined to think it costs much more. And how long does that distributor stay with you? If they can't get other distributors they will get discouraged and quit.

There have been many ways over the years that people have tried to sponsor distributors. The first one that I can remember was to be invited to a friends home for coffee, without telling them an MLM presentation would go along with the coffee. Another way was to have the new distributor get their friends and relatives in as distributors. Ask the new distributor to make a list of 100 people they know and they would help you invite them to listen to or sit in on a presentation. Then there is the 3 foot method. When ever anyone gets within 3 feet of you, you try to sponsor them by introducing yourself and asking what kind of work they do etc.. When meeting a new person you invite that person to a hotel presentation. And these all are still being used along with many others. These are not effective ways to build a business, are hard work and do not produce distributors that last any time at all. These are very discouraging ways to build a business and give Network Marketing a very bad name.
 

 

Avoid Businesses with Dishonest Tactics
 

Avoid businesses that try to rush you into a business giving you only a day or so to join. Avoid a business which promises that you will make a certain large amount of money in a very short time. Avoid start up businesses. (A company should be at least 5 years old and 10 years is even better). Beware of businesses that say get in on the ground floor or pre-register so you will be in before the crowd. 
 

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This phrase is true when picking a business that you invest your time, energy and money in to.
